Marco Siffredi wrote his name in the history of this sport by being the first swowboarder riding Everest Mount.

His "Curriculum vite fait"

Marco Grown up and lived in Chamonix were his passion for snowboard started.
After his bother died in an avalanche when Marco was 2 years old, he set up lots of records in the world of Mountainering:

- Chardonnet, face Nord.
- Couloir Ouest des Aiguillettes du Tacul.
- Couloir Ouest du Col du Diable.
- Tocllaraju (6034 m), arête Sud.
- Aiguille de l'Epena (3421 m), couloir Sud-Ouest.
- Mont Maudit, face Sud, voie diagonale.
- Mont-Blanc du Tacul, face Est, couloir de l'Isolée.
- First descent of Nant Blanc (Mt Blanc) on a snow board: 19 years old
- First descent of Everest: Mai 2001. (Norton couloir)
- Second atempt of Everest Mt: September 2002 (hornbein couloir)

He was against sponsorship and payed each cents of his 45,000 € trip to Himalalya.
His philosophy was :"If you don't do crazy things at 20, you're not gonna do it at 50"
